Our stores offer a wide range of products for children and adults: family games, gifts, skill and logic games, and many other games, soft toys, construction sets, radio-controlled models and souvenirs.

Important features of our business model

  • – Omnichanneling: the usual customer path – from games store to site, from site to store or from store to site and then, for example, games store.
  • – Sales assistants = entertainers. We play in store and wherever we see human beings. Call center operators play between calls. A game a day, every day.
  • – Customer = friend. The sales assistant may advise against something, give useful advice or even send the customer to another store because the relationship and helping the customer are more valuable then a sale. But we admit that we are not altruists: this strategy is pretty profitable in the long run.

  • November 27, 2007 – D. Kibkalo starts working on the first game “The Jackal”.
  • 2008

Most of the central office team are Mathematical Sciences graduates. The team’s main competences are deep knowledge of IT, understanding of retail processes, event management, game design and production processes, love for their work, and professional pride. We are not supermen; we just wanted to become astronauts as kids.
